Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR planning, recruitment, and selection processes.
• Oversee employee welfare, performance management, and training.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR management (experience in construction is an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Membership or certification with HR professional bodies is an asset.
